
Some days, life can feel heavy—leaving you stretched thin, stuck, or emotionally disconnected. You may be juggling changes at home, work, or in relationships, while the coping skills that once helped no longer seem to work. I provide therapy for adults in a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, tune into what’s happening in your mind and body, and reconnect with the strengths you already have.

Together, we’ll gently explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, work through experiences that feel unresolved, and develop ways to manage stress and challenges so they feel more manageable and less overwhelming.

I use an integrated approach, drawing from ACT, CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and skills-based strategies. My goal is to help you process difficult experiences, explore new ways of responding, and make decisions that feel aligned with who you are. I’ll support you in building confidence, increasing emotional awareness, and feeling more grounded and in control as you navigate life’s challenges.
