Services:
Manual manipulation of soft tissues through rubbing, pressing, or stroking the body to relieve pain, reduce stress, and promote relaxation and wellness.

Massage
Spa Services are $70 per hour, paid to the practitioner direct, not included in the price of the retreat
Reiki
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
BioField Tuning
A non-invasive sound therapy that uses tuning forks, sound bowls & drums to help the body release stress by finding and clearing "dissonance" or "noise" in the body's electromagnetic field
Aromatouch
Aromatouch uses a specific sequence of eight doTERRA essential oils to help balance the body's sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems and reduce both physical and emotional stress.
